Fresh or Frozen Tilapia
carton of sour cream
1 c parmesan cheese (or 1 c of shredded Italian cheeses)
fresh dill (just a few sprigs will do)
salt and pepper to taste
lemon pepper (optional)
Paprika
Lay fish in casserole dish
sprinkle with seasonings (salt/pepper or lemon pepper)
Cover with sour cream
Top with cheeses
Add the Fresh dill
Sprinkle Paprika
Cover with foil.
Bake @375o for 20 minutes or until fish is flakey.
then take off foil
and let cook about another 10 minutes.
Really good served with rice and a salad!
It's so yummy, there's never leftovers!
I'll try it. Tilapia is one of my husband's faves.
